Tomson Sea-sight Garden is a high quality residential region, developed by Tomson Sea-sight garden Co., Ltd, which is located at Pudong new region Lujiazui Fudu world X4-2 with a construction area of 141899m2.
The project¡¯s curtain wall consist mainly of insulated frame glass curtain wall, aluminium composite (aluminium single plate) curtain wall, granite stone material curtain wall, aluminium alloy louver curtain wall, steel structure awning and brick louver etc. According to the demanding performance requirements of aluminium alloy fenestration and short construction term, Yuanda adopted aluminium alloy fenestration system of better performance, hanging aluminium plate, and stone material curtain wall structure to guarantee the decorative effect, tight schedule and good performance.

Concealed frame hooked on aluminium panel curtain wall
Most parts of shear wall of this project is covered with aluminium. Each aluminium plate is designed to have 4 to 8 hanging points, with the end inserted into auxiliary frame channel, which contributes a quick installation of the plates. Aluminium alloy panel consist of 4mm thick Fi-Ca coated aluminium composite panel, with calculated enhanced rib to improve the board¡¯s resistance performance against wind pressure and deflection. Hanging aluminium panel curtain wall simulate a floating effect on the panel and ensure the flat panel surface avoiding warping to panels due to unequal fixing force in the traditional fixing method.
Insulated frame glass curtain wall
Frame curtain wall glass is fixed to the beam, with horizontally and vertically fixed by pressure plate, which achieves safe and reliable installation, good decorative effect and weather proof performance. The glass can fluctuate, which satisfis all kinds of displacement requirement. A thermal break bar is set between press plate and main runner to ensure  heat insulation for the structure and satisfy curtain wall thermal demand.
After being special processed at the end the beam is inserted in the front cavity of the vertical frame, which forms a drainage passage. In the structure design, separated structure is adopted, with the pressure plate fastened on the horizontal and vertical frame fixed by reliable fasteners, which makes glass installation and replacement simple and neat. There is a drainage passage in front of the beam and the exposed fasten plate base to secure the structure waterproofing. The exposed fasten plate becomes more beautiful with the anti-corrosion Fi-Ca coating; all rigid interfaces adopt a flexible connection system to improve the anti-seismic property, reduce noise as well as improve sound insulation.
Panel stone curtain wall
With steel frame panel structure adopted, this structure has both advantages of good effect and cost-saving. The steel frame not only improves structural rigidity, but also is very economical. Meanwhile, the steel panel has good structural integrity as well as being safe and reliable.
