Trump International Hotel & Tower 
The striking centrepiece of the island, The Trump International Hotel & Tower, Palm Jumeirah, is a 60 storey mixed-use luxury hotel and residential building destined to become a landmark icon in Dubai's skyline. It marks the initial development in Nakheel's joint venture with The Trump Organization in the Middle East. The offering is also the first UAE property in Nakheel's Hotels & Resorts portfolio, a division that was launched in February 2006. The building comprises a 368 room condo hotel and 388 freehold residential apartments. A dramatic sky lobby, suspended above The Park will create a grand sense of arrival.
