• Curtain wall damage occurred, free of charge servicing for life if cause of curtain wall defect is due to quality reason; keep in good repair
for life cause of other reason
• Complete Inspection for the curtain wall after project completion and handing over, Inspection every every 5 year to carry out repair and replacement of accessory.
• The curtain wall with pretension or wire structure shall be thoroughly inspected and tested and adjusted after 6 month of the project completion and inspected every 3 years.
• Sampling inspection for structural silicone sealant ten years after completion.
